What types of products do you offer?
I offer a variety of downloadable e-books, e-courses, guided meditations, and tapping script bundles to help support you on your journey. I also offer a few tangible goods. You can see what I offer here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards. Payment can be made through secure checkout on the website or Paypal.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in USD.
I'd like to work with you. Do you offer one-on-one sessions?
No. I do not offer individual sessions.
I'm new to tapping. Out of all the issues I want to work on, what should I start with?
There is no right or wrong answer to this question. I recommend focusing on the issue that seems to be causing the most distress in your life, and continuing to work on it until you connect to the root of the issue. For more comprehensive instruction on tapping, I offer an online course.
How long should I tap for? 5 minutes? 30 minutes? 1 hour?
There is no recommended amount of time to tap for. What is more important is to tap with the intention of getting to the root of the issue. This may take multiple days or a couple of weeks, and each tapping session will vary in length. I discuss this further in a Q&A video, which you can view here.

I purchased a downloadable e-good (tapping script bundle, meditation, e-book, etc.). How and when will I get the file?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive a separate email from SendOwl, our secure e-goods partner. Within that email will be a link to download the file. You will have 5 attempts to download the file. The link does not have an expiration date.
I purchased a downloadable product but I can't find it. How can I get what I paid for?
Sometimes the device you are using will place the file in a location that isn’t obvious. For example, if you are downloading from your computer, the file may not appear on your desktop and instead will put it in a folder on your hard drive. Make sure to check your downloads folder or similar feature on your device. You can also do a search for the keywords of the product name you purchased and it may come up that way.
I bought a tapping script bundle. Some of the statements in the script don't apply to me. Should I say them anyway?
It is impossible for a single script to encompass every possible situation. Therefore, tapping scripts are written with a certain amount of generalization.
The important elements of a tapping script are understanding the psychology of the behavior you want to change. The details of your situation may vary from what’s in the script. If you come across a statement that isn’t true for you, change the script to reflect your situation.
What do you do with my personal information?

There are programs like Google Analytics that track where users click on the website. This is the case for most websites you go to, which helps the author of the website create a better site and understand how their site is being utilized.
If you pay for any goods or services on my website, your payment will be processed through PayPal or Stripe, and they also collect information to process your payment. Again, this is the same for any website you make a purchase on. Your credit card information is encrypted and is not known to me.

Do you have a mentorship program?
No, at this time I do not take on mentees or have a mentorship program.
I'm wondering if you have a video on a particular topic. How can I find the information I'm looking for?
Two ways: Open up YouTube and search for my name and the topic you are looking for.
Or, go to my YouTube page, click on the magnifying glass icon in the menu towards the top of the page and search for the topic there.
